- Chat room – with private chat facility, member picture, link to profile.
- Customisable profile design – change font, colour, background image of sections of the profile (like you could edit a myspace page). This would give a profile personality.
- Linked to Facebook. Maybe built as a Facebook application.

- Nudity
- Pouting – finger on face or blowing kisses, all been done before and boring.
- Pictures of irrelevant objects or places. A picture of a famous building in Greece or your pet dog doesn’t sell you as a person.
- Props such as funny hats, moustaches and 70s glasses. Again, seen it too many times and just looks daft. Remove the shades too, I want to see your eyes.
- Same photo, different expression or angle.
- Photos that contain other people. It makes it really hard to tell who owns the profile.
What makes a good picture?

- Looking into the camera – you are communicating with your potiental date.
- Smiling and happiness. It’s charismatic.
- At least one close face shot.
- At least one body shot.
- Doing something fun which would provoke a conversation.
- Excellent photograph quality.
